Bohlen *sniffing at Bill’s neck*: “What is that then? Smells good.“
And Tom and Mateo compare tattoos.
Tom *pointing to his arm*: Then I’ve also got another one here.
Mateo: Yes, I’ve got a few.
Voice-over: And of course Dieter can’t refrain from making a comment about Bill’s rag.
Dieter: I’ve also got something like that at home. Well yeah, only [difference is] that it’s a carpet.
*Bill laughing*
Dieter: But apart from that I’ve got the same… well…
Tom: I’ve got something like that… I’ve got something like that down below. That’s what my down below looks like. Looks bigger […]
Dieter *laughing*: Iiiih. Yuck.
Bill *laughing*: I thought I’d just turn up a little plainly dressed for the first day, right? I’ve left the crazy outfits in the wardrobe.
*Dieter laughing*
*in background Tom talking about his hand tattoo: Nope, nope. [It’s] my time of birth. I’ve got 6.20am and he’s got 6.30am.*
Interviewer: Dieter, what do you think about Bill and Tom’s outfit?
Dieter: [It’s] wicked of course. Well, [there’s] nothing I dislike more than boring people.
Voice-over: And Mr Kaulitz, what’s your first impression of the pop [music] titan?
Bill *laughing as Dieter threateningly shows him his fist*: Erm, we’re extremely happy. Well, like we’ve said before, we’ve never met before and erm, we’re of course happy. After all Dieter has already worked on all the [previous] seasons and erm, it’s obviously very good to have someone sitting next to you who has just been on so many seasons already, who knows the robes exactly and of course we’re happy to be a part of it.
Voice-over: For DSDS Bill and Tom are even halting their work on the new album with Tokio Hotel and are returning into the public eye and to Germany after almost two years of taking a break from the media. And they’re joining DSDS with quite a special wish.
Bill: Erm, secretly I’m hoping that there will be good women this year because so far too few women have won this after all. I’d think it’s great if there could be a female artist once again because there are too few good female artists in Germany, I think.
Dieter: This is also why there isn’t one on the judging panel. *laughing*
Bill: Yeah, that’s why I’d be… We’d be really happy about it, I think.
Tom: We were looking for a female [to join the judging panel but] didn’t find one.
Mateo: Well, the thing about the Playboy for this year, right? I’d be willing to have a make-over if there’s a good offer.
Tom: I’d also do it.
Voice-over: Whether or not one of the guys really gets undressed for the Playboy? Whether or not Dieter ends up wearing Bill’s fluffy little jacket after all and whether or not everything here stays in harmony as much as it appeared to be today? We’ll only reveal that to you in January though. Unfortunately that’s how long we’ll have to wait for the new DSDS season.

Commentator: normally the twins live in los angeles were they work on their 4th studio album.
Bill: we have a studio at home, we produce much on our own and write a lot. this is a good and welcome variety.
Commentator: what’s today for them a welcome variety was 7 years ago their daily schedule. [talks about their success.]
[…] also today the 23 years-old singer surpirsed with a new hairstyle.
Bill: it happens by me automatically and naturally. i probably change more often than other people, but for me that’s totally normal.
Commentator: for so much fashion sense, his brother tom makes little jokes about it sometimes.
Tom [joking]: my accessory for today are my sunglasses and i thought someone will also start to talk about my new style.
Commentator: during the interview tom made some jokes now and then.
Tom [joking]: i wanted this so badly, to support young musicians that i’ve said i’ll do it for free. bill got money stuffed up his ass and ähm.. that’s the truth.

RTL Punkt 6 - Bill et Tom dans le jury de "DSDS"... por Prinz16
Translation
Voice-over: For the first time in almost two years they’re back in Germany and in front of a camera: Bill and Tom from Tokio Hotel in Berlin in the evening. [They’re] the new stars on the DSDS judging panel. For this job they even took a break from the work on their new album.
Bill: We really have barely done anything for quite a long time…of any sort in the public eye. We completely retreated [from the public eye] and erm, now we’re looking forward to somehow…yes, of course to mainly see new talent, new artists and maybe to also get a bit inspired for our studio work by it. Let’s see.
Voice-over: They also want to get inspired by main judge Dieter Bohlen. The twins are especially looking forward to finally getting to know him.
Bill: Yes, then you’ve also got him who’s such an old hand and he’s been doing this for several years now. Erm, he knows this [show] format really well. He did all the [previous] seasons. He knows exactly what it’s coming down to. Erm, yes and I think we’re just adding another aspect to the table and therefore, I think, this is the perfect…perfect judging panel. Hopefully!
Voice-over: And even before the 10th season started the two of them have already decided to set their own priorities.
Tom: I mainly hope that there’ll also be female talents for once. In general there are just too few female artists in Germany, I think.
Tom: So…
Bill: Yes, well, I’d also be happy about female artists. Well, Tom and I, we’ll be mainly looking, erm…at…
Tom: …at the women.
Bill: …at the women.
Voice-over: Surely that’ll make especially the female candidates happy and who knows, maybe Bill and Tom will even meet one or the other fan who cheered them on seven years ago on the DSDS stage.
The guys from Magdeburg started their success story in 2005. They collected awards like Comet and Echo. There were 89 Gold Records alone. Then they retreated to the USA two years ago but they happily returned for DSDS.
Bill: We always said, like, if we were to be judges on a show then it would definitely have to be for the original, the classic [show] format. Erm, because we also believe in it the most and it’s good of course.
Tom: In any case it’s the only casting show where artists also really became successful afterwards, like, and erm, I think that was also important to us somehow.
Voice-over: It’s getting serious for both of them today. The preparations are starting. All of it can be seen on DSDS in January here on RTL.
